- Monitoring schedule milestones, budget parameters and quality objectives
- Coordination of staff and vendors involved in the construction process with regards to telecommunications, information systems and security
- Overseeing equipment installation teams, consultants and other outside vendors
- Assisting owners with conflict resolution if required
Schedule
